It seems that different sources show different information regarding swing gates at YYZ. Toronto Pearson's own website shows only gates 65-69 as swing gates, however other sources indicated that the some of the gates in the hammerhead are also swing-able. And I can confirm that at least one gate (70/71) has been used as a swing gate as recently as 2023. So perhaps there's some wiggle room in the airport infrastructure that allows gates to become swing-able when necessary. Still I don't think that you can simply swap out a commuter CRJ flight for a widebody international flight because they use completely different types of gates.
Not to go too off topic but YYZ has some gates that are arrival & departure swing gates and some that are arrival only.
