I am not sure it was supposed to be catered yet, I had ordered a different pre-order and this was brought to my seat, it was not what I was expecting, so I asked the FA what was it?

She said it was the 100th Anniversary Dish according to her manifest, so it potentially was a mis-cater out of MCO (not that first time Flying Food Group at MCO has messed up) as she said that she did not think it was going to be rolled out to Feb.
