Stayed in Jan, was upgraded to the huge conference King suite. Mistakenly ate at Thomsons for breakfast and it was billed to my room. Asked the desk if they can remove it for globalists and they steadfastly refused. Surprising as I've always been able to get a comp'd restaurant bf at many other Hyatts with Lounges in London, Zurich, Tulsa, Colorado and elsewhere.
