- No signature dish offered (darn, I was hoping for the bison meatloaf)

On offer:
- Creamy Wild Mushroom Ragout with mascarpone polenta, sauteed garlic spinach, and feta cheese
- Scallion Butter Shrimp with steamed rice and charred broccolini
- Roasted Chicken Breast with french green bean harissa ragout and deep fried panisse sticks
- Seared beef with garlic chive smashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, and cafe de paris butter

Thoughts? I've yet to have beef on UA in the last year that wasn't tough and overcooked, so seared seems unlikely unless something has changed.
