Are we sure it's leaving Accor? I remember reading in Orient Express' last development brochure that there were plans to move this and the Sofitel Winter Palace in Luxor upward into the Orient Express portfolio. The property website also has a note that it won't be "operated by Sofitel" after May 1st [incidentally, the Sofitel Winter Palace's website has the same notice], which is a detail, but a distinction from leaving Accor outright.
