Interestingly my experience haven't been as great at others at some of these properties. The fact that GH Melbourne alone charges for breakfast in the restaurant means to me they don't go above and beyond. I've found service in the lounge unfriendly every time I've been there and the food there poor.

Then again, I've had great service at HR Bkk bit many people criticize it here.
