Yes. I used it in December. It is actually a ‘priority’ lane for Monks, Diplomats, crew etc. It is a ‘tape lane’ to the far right of the main immigration flow, and to the right of Thai citizen smart gates.

sometimes hidden and sometimes, they try to channel all foreigners to the main lines... I usually just keep walking if some staff tries it on me...
