When will HA officially join OW or officially be part of AS so that when I fly HA my AC membership will get me into the AA/JAL lounge in HNL?

This is probably the determining factor in keeping my AC membership since the PDX AS lounge has been consistently refusing entry to AC members, there's now an acceptable PP lounge in PDX, and there's a Chase and/or Cap One lounge nearly everywhere else I fly.
