Hello, I booked a flight using an old PNR (i guess FFC in the new parlance). It would not let me apply an ETC during checkout. Now I'd like to buy up to FC on a per segment basis (cash buy-up) or by refaring the whole ticket. Both the cash buy-up and change flight checkout pages only allow credit cards! What gives? Am I not allowed to use ETCs because the system knows it was booked using an old credit? Or is no one allowed to use ETCs for these txns? So confused.
