If that's the case, then isn't that the most efficient way of utilizing all these promos? Just buy Your Way gift cards from Topcashback, then order Vanilla GC from the Your Way gift cards, and liquidate them at Walmart. That's what I did for my Paypal 20%, but I didn't use the Citi Shop Your Way card to pay it off.
