Last October as a Platinum I got upgraded on both of my interisland flights, HNL-LIH and LIH-OGG. The first one was in the late evening and I kinda had a feeling that I heard my name on the loudspeaker but did nothing. Got to the boarding and the GA pulled me aside and gave me the new seat assignment.
