I recently heard CLT becoming one of most delayed airports. For me I usually have long walks for connections. I really liked RDU one concourse even with CLT after the mergers should have kept RDU have maybe a few banks for some cities.
We need more hubs to spread traffic out same with ORD and STL.
AA already has eight hubs, there's no way they're going to invest in another with profits down 87%.
What we do know (thanks to the earnings call yesterday) is that they're focusing on building out capacity in MIA, ORD, PHL, and PHX. I for one will be glad to have more options that aren't routing through CLT.
