Is it me or the halls of T3 look super narrow? But is that because the rest of the terminal is under construction still? Also not sure what I think about moving arrivals to 4F. That's something a lot of newer airports do, and I know TPE's older terminals are designed more like US airports where they shove arrivals to a lower level, but does it make sense to switch for T3? Who knows.
