You are lucky to get $180 Airpoints vouchers for your dead IFE screen. On a premium economy flight from Auckland to Taipei in September 2024 had the same issue but only got $90 in Airpoint vouchers.
I wonder if they just give out as many $30 vouchers as they have available? They were very apologetic especially since it stopped working before they even started dinner service. They also seemed frustrated as that at that point NZR had only been back from refurb around 1 week.
