Thanks for all the responses. Nothing to do with cancellation windows..these are months out but the hotels may have touched the reservations. Some of the the hotels don't allow changes or cancellation from the initial confirmation. We have made calls to Diamond desk to resolve and spoken to the hotels for other requests. Just trying to figure out when to call hotel vs hhonors for most efficient processing.
