Meal: lunch, pre-arrival snack

Didn't take pic of menu. The menu was identical to my MXP-EWR flight 10 days ago, feel free to check previous posts.
Small bites - I liked the potato salad. Also, I noticed they added an extra fork to the cutlery set, incremental progress


Appetizer - shrimp and salad, it was ok, I like the salad ex-US more

Main - chicken, it was ok, a bit bland but somewhat healthy

Dessert - cheese and chocolate cake

Pre-arrival snack - pasta, this was somewhat underwhelming. The pasta was dry and the sauce was just salty and sloppy


As you'll notice, the first meal was served all on one tray. That was because we had a 3.5h delay out of FRA which I complained about extensively in the travel weather thread. I suppose the crew and most passengers wanted everything served and go to sleep. I could sympathize with the crew. Aside from that, the crew was quite good. The FA on my side addressed me by name all flight and was proactive with drink refill.

Business cabin went out full. I also heard them say that they only had 4 bottles of Mascot stocked for the flight.
