The way is handled is ridiculous. All sub-programmes are gathered on the ALL+ subscription hub but each is handled by its local CS.

I feel that sooner or later they will announce that Signature is for Brazilians only or for residents with mandatory CPF and bank in order to subscribe


or is it a vicious trick for ALL to reduce or simply cut the number of members reaching Platinum this way ?
