Eurostar gave me three (cold) courses and wine AMS-ZWE just before Christmas.
I had a choice between the two (using awards). Either KL in the front cabin to AMS or AF to CDG (both just under LONG3 threshhold,not that we'd get any XP) and decided better to fly AF.
