I received my points through a "Chase Travel" points eligible booking. From reading the Chase Edit thread, I knew to double check that my IHG number was included in the reservation. Chase Travel still is having difficulty passing on the reward number when booking through them as the hotel did not have it with the reservation . I'm glad I had read the thread and made sure that the front desk added it in during check-in. I got my Welcome Amenity points and I got the stay credit and points a few days after checkout.

I did just notice one issue.

Chase Travel claimed this in the "Rules, policies, and cancellations" section:
Your reservation rate includes all required hotel charges for your stay, including all taxes and resort fees. Any additional optional charges, such as incidentals, are not included in your reservation rate and must be paid directly to the hotel.

I just noticed I was charged an additional $42.75 upon check-out. Now, I'm looking around Chase Travel on how to rectify this situation...
