Nobody is debating with you on the “rightfully” of this matter. People here just using the real life data to gauge how it works when there is potential “conflicts”. You seem to totally miss the point or the nature of discussion.

It has been you the one who persistently has the need to prove your view of points which we all agree they are correct and legit, but the reality has been NIA chooses not to “exercise” it. That always has been the focus of the majority. I actually really want to learn about negative DPs that you adamantly warned about. What you can produce a real life DP that should cause a refusal of entry turned out a DP supporting how I, and others on the thread believe is the current practice of TWOV policy.

Yet you would not give up and feel the need to bring out the UK ETA for Australians. What does that have anything to do with China TWOV? Regardless the similarities you keep dwelling on they are still 2 different countries… 2 different legal / immigration operations. I am amused by your desire to “win” a non existing ‘debate”.

When you come across any negative DPs please DO report here, but not any more theoretical opinions which really serve no purpose.
