Recently it has been no problem to enter the Garden Lounge also as Plat in J. That is the only one with a gym, so had an "excuse". Food felt quite a bit worse than in AS, where they have really strange combination of dishes on the menu.
As a QR plat flying J you can always enter any lounge operated by QR in Doha. However if you are on a P ticket or an upgraded tik then as a Plat member you can only access Safwa. You will be denied access to Mourjan
