As others have mentioned, yes, contact VS, and when you do, make it clear you're asking for a change due to the schedule change, not because you want to change flights for personal reasons. "Hi, I'm calling because a schedule change has made it so I cannot make my connecting flight. Can you please put me on another flight with a legal connecting time? Thank you!" (And preferably, be prepared with exactly what flights you want to be put on.)
