- quiet beach with yellow/white sand and no motorized noise watersport / sellers
- easy stroll to the seafood shacks
- enjoys excellent relations with the local villeage
- gardens, landscape, water parterre
- established experienced staff and employing local staff
- easy reach fo/from airport
- this hotel is for those who can entertain themselves and want to be retire from it all

B) Elite treatment
- this hotel has had "unfortunate" incidents with scammers thus has to act strict (underage kids presenting lounge passes - the complete clan under 1 name booking in 1 room pressing for complimentary breakfast for all 6 members and more
- the add on charges, it used to free indeed, however some things did get never returned, ends discussions of right of bale occupancy


C) yes the AMB credit is a bit if a wax nose in FX however maybe the IHG dining credit can offset some cost?
