We'd like to get month-long transit passes while we're in Milan for the Olympics (we're renting an apartment for the whole time). Downloaded the app, can't buy a subscription for the monthly pass without a fiscal code. That's with current address and place of birth as USA. Can non- Italians buy this transport pass?
