Upgrading the rail portion of a TGV Air combo ticket

Hi everyone.

First of all, I'd like to let everyone know that TGV Air is now named "Acces Rail" on AF website.... TGV Air was known to everyone, then they changed it to train + air (not to be mistaken with Air & Rail ), now it is Acces Rail.

When will they decided for good how TGV Air must be named?

Now my question:

- several years ago, I used to travel often with TGV Air tickets. Flying economy, the train segment was in 2nd class. AF would not sell 1st class unless you buy C or J tickets.

What was possible though, was to go to the train station and pay for an upgrade (around 50 € in my case).

I have just booked a Acces Rail ticket...

Do you know if there is anything new in this regard?

I will enquire but am really busy right now and have no time to go to the train station.

Thank you.
