I had a very frustrating experience with this agency..gotogate.com . I specifically paid extra for flexible tickets, but discovered later that they had booked me on non-changeable fares with the airline. When I needed to change my dates, I was forced to buy a brand new ticket at full price, meaning I paid twice for the same trip. The only redeeming quality is that they are very responsive and answer the phone every time you call
