My list:
  • rehire BA station managers at outstations who are empowered to rebook when things go pear-shaped.
  • do boarding consistently. fire those who won't comply after a single warning.
  • fix the website and app IT. stop having every other log-on/query result in an error message.
  • and if I'm dreaming, lower the airline surcharges on award tickets and implement priority baggage delivery.
