I own 3 properties:
Prop 1: Has HOA and Mortgage
Prop 2: Has Mortgage but no HOA
Prop 3: Has HOA but no Mortgage.
Can I put all HOA and Mortgage payments above through Bilt 2.0? Seems like I can but Bilt's website so vague. It says:
Bilt Housing Payments are eligible residential rent or mortgage payments made through the Bilt app or website, including other housing-related fees billed directly by your property manager or mortgage servicer, such as HOA dues, utilities, property taxes, amenity fees, gym fees and any other amounts agreed upon by you and Bilt.
