Although the issuing bank (FirstUSA/BankOne/Chase/WhateverThey'reCallingItThisWeek) has varying offers on their United Airlines Card (15K miles no annual fee, 15K miles $60 annual fee, 17.5K miles $60 annual fee, 20K miles $60 annual fee, etc. depending on which particular link you use), as far as I know there is no better offer on their BA card than the 15K miles for $75 annual fee.
