Cost difference is about $150/2 nights. Platinum. One factor would be allowed being able to stay in the lounge until 1800 or so (after I assume 1600 checkout if allowed).
Arrive T1 at 2240; depart T3 at 2135; if it makes a difference.

Both are fine, so I'd go for the cheaper option. (Tried Marriott last November; the Sheraton just last weekend.)
Both have very good lounges, with food and drinks enough for an evening meal. A little crowded over the weekend, but there are nooks/areas where one can work, hold a small meeting, etc.
Excellent, extensive selection for breakfast as well (in both hotels) among the best in Asia, IMO. Easy Grab ride (less than P100) to T3. If it's a pleasant evening, and not much luggage, one can opt to walk to Runway Manila -- the covered bridge to T3.
