But it wasn't a Main vs. C+ issue. It was an F vs. C+ issue on the PS-Extra fare. I thought getting into F on the non-PS segment was supposed to be one of the incentives to buy PS-Extra over PS-Classic. I've seen it work this way on other itineraries where you can get F on the non-PS segment with PS-Extra, but couldn't get it on the MCO-LAX-HNL itinerary I was considering. It's OBE now anyway since we ended up deciding on a different Hawaiian island and booked MCO-LAX-KOA, which was F on both segments and was way less than what DL wanted for C+/PS on MCO-LAX-HNL.
