Off the top of my head, for now…
Fire the current management team.
Either reinstate BAEC, increase the sector-based TP and reduce the status thresholds.
Train agents on call centres, at airports and in lounges better. Empower them to help passengers when this makes sense. Increase numbers so calls don’t take an hour to answer.
Design attractive and nutritious meals on board, cater them reliably and in sufficient quantity.
Train new crew members better and longer, pay them more to increase the choice the airline has.
Clean aircraft better.
