I don't think we're going to see the OP back based on the feedback from the community...so far I think the score is OP - 1, All Others - 19, although I never mind a good DYKWIA story with a lot of extra drama layered on. No wonder people get frustrated and leave the hospitality industry, having to deal with this level of nonsense all the time would be exhausting!!
