I have recently qualified as EY Gold and chose lounge access as one of my benefits. Therefore when buying my next flight I chose the business value fare as I get seat selection and lounge access as benefits of my Gold Status. When making the booking it straight away recognized my gold status and allowed me to select my seats for free. However, it still shows no lounge access. I was wondering how the lounge access works will it get picked up at check in that this is one of my optional benefits or do the lounge agents need to look it up? Or do I need to take a print out of my Guest account showing that I selected lounge access?
