The bar has a humidor and sells cigars. I've seen people smoke out on the terrace there and at Kita Bar as well. It's not a bother - nobody is going to Jakarta for its fresh air!
When the kita bar turns into a (
filthy) nightclub in the evenings, people start smoking, both indoors and outdoors.
I had hallways smell like garbage in wee hours of the evening during my stay. Feedback to management via WhatsApp and within the hour some humidors appeared too.
