"A" fare class has priority over "R", hence they would clear first.
Use of certain Chase MP cards is not needed, if if a cardholder it is a priority factor after status and fare class.
While order of time upgrade requested is dead last, it may matter if all the other 7 factors are equal, which was not the case here with different fare class.
