Flying two long-haul flights this summer. Booked PE and used AY+ points for upgrade to J.
i can see in my AY+ app that the flight from HND-HEL now says business class, yet i received no email alert or confirmation about it having processed. Flight from HEL-KIX still says it is waitlisted on PE.
Isn’t there supposed to be an email? Should i assume i will be flying J or not?
The app is honestly quite confusing, now it also says on the app that there will be no checked baggage on the J flight, despite having booked a PE ticket where 2x luggage can be checked in.
