SFO-SIN, AM flight. Like others, I enjoyed the salmon salad. Breakdown was the beef, which was so hard and done it was hard to cut with the knife provided (and I'm not even a big rare fan.) Thought maybe I should have ordered the chicken, but my wife who was traveling with me said it was quite salty (not so much soy sauce as just overly salty in general.

Loved the Mascot wine everyone is talking about. Enjoyed a couple of Bell's Two-Hearted Ales (an old friend) with my midflight empanadas, so that was a win. Thought the breakfast brioche was good. A lot of the service was provided by the purser as she seemed to be helping out a lot on our row, and she was great. Very warm and helpful.
