Yup, plenty of time, the times I have been at KIX the entry prolcess has all moved very fast and efficiently. No real tips needed, you'll just walk a lot!
Just make a final check and be sure your domestic flight leaves from KIX -- there is another airport in the Osaka area where most domestic flights depart from. And if you have to transfer airports, there is NOT enough time.
My Itinerary says arrive in KIX and depart from KIX. So I should be OK. My only other dealings with customs is with Frankfort. The problem there was the baggage claim time. It took two hours just for them to tell me my luggage was miss-directed to France.
If you have any other travel tips I haven't travel overseas since the increase in security, I'd appreciate it.
