The information is correct, however it varied between hotels. I have obtained written confirmations for clients that are booked under HERA and wanting to redeem points at the hotel. You will always earn points and status is recognised.

For example - a hotel in Hanoi says no points redemption while the other one in Da Nang/Hue says no problems.
