I have enough Asia miles sitting on my cathay account for a round-trip US to Asia in business. However, I spent days if not weeks looking for a award availability for the next nine months ahead. Nothing nothing at all. I can’t find nothing. Any tips how to get a ticket I spent even an hour on the phone this morning with cathay customer service and they cannot find anything as well.
