There is no secure way to ride the train, as soon as you are in the train, you are unsecure transfer.
What is sometime referred to as "airside" car of the Skyline is actually a non-Schengen car. It is possible to transfer non-Schengen between T2 and T1, but you always have to go through transfer security.
