I stayed over the yearend holidays. I used a suite upgrade and was upgraded further beyond the standard suite to an ocean view suite. Their lounge is excellent with great offerings both for breakfast and in the evening.

Hyatt Phnom Penh, Cambodia
I used 2 category 1-4 FNC so was unable to apply my own suite upgrade. I was upgraded to a standard suite. We love their executive suite and asked if it was possible. We were told yes if we would wait as guests had just vacated it and it needed to be cleaned. We waited in their very nice lounge, enjoying evening snacks, til they came to find us and escort us there.
