Sunday nights, at least this time of year, are generally a little shy of $300, so are a wash with the AMEX $300 credit. You get a $125 credit that can be used at their excellent restaurant Piper. You get free breakfast. If you are a globalist, they waive resort fees. And you get a night's credit for the stay.
