Re PH Auckland, same experience as LTG back in October 2023....... literally perfect in every facet.

Celebrated a birthday there and was proactively upgraded to an ocean view suite , with a beautiful cake and champagne waiting in the room. Concierge was a true 5 star service prior to and while on site. Delicious food in Chef Andres restaurant and excellent service as well.
Had a wonderful stay with lots of personal attention last May...... don't really get the hate on this place from so many others. Maybe a non-elite issue?

Recent stays in no particular order....
1.) Hyatt Centric Lima San Isidro - PH quality service throughout the stay
2.) PH London - read lots of bad on this board, but received premium treatment from advanced emails to checkout. Sent my daughter and her BF there on a SUA award (after contacting the hotel in advance) 6m later and they got the same.
3.) Thompson Palm Springs - upgraded to large suite with constant personal attention.
