SK-marketed LH-operated would not earn FB XPs. If a flight is not marketed by AFKL but is marketed by an FB partner, it will only earn XP if it's operated (or effectively wet-leased/capacity-purchased) by a SkyTeam member.
I expect that it's a longer term plan to have SK fly the FRA routes and move to FRA T2.
SK is already at T2 FRA next to AF KLM and understaffed as usual.
Whenever I try anything intercontinental, it usually routes on LH, SK doesn't seem to have its network switched yet. Even at CPH, SK and AF KLM are different terminals and luggage handlers.
