Upgraded further when booking a premium suite (and have read about others being upgraded similarly in that thread), no issues/charges when requesting two roll away beds in said suite, and breakfast for Globalists is always available at the lobby level buffet, even though the hotel has a lounge. 4pm checkout granted every time. House cookies refreshed in room every day. Held luggage for us for a few days when we were returning.

Could the breakfast quality be better and be less crowded? Certainly, and same for the lounge, and yes, some rooms have the musty smell. But purely for treatment, I'm generally pretty happy there.
