Edit To Add: Alila Shanghai (still using their nice luggage tag and best breakfast I’ve had in China) and maybe HR Churchill (though, I think HR Churchill is more just because I like the product)

Edit 2: Hotel du Louvre - great premium suite upgrade (I rarely get these), overly fair compensation for shortening checkout time in said suite, and just overall friendliness

Edit: In NA, probably PH Toronto - they did a lovely birthday cake for me one year and the breakfast is great
I was last in PH Toronto before the renovation and got to stay in a sample suite that was part of a test room of what the end product would be.
Be fun to go back and see if any of my feedback was used!
Breakfast was great and glad to hear it’s held up
