The first and only immediate example that comes to my mind is Park Hyatt Jakarta - I liked it so much that I went back later in the week on the same trip. I’ll have to do some more thinking on this…

Edit To Add: Alila Shanghai (still using their nice luggage tag and best breakfast I’ve had in China) and maybe HR Churchill (though, I think HR Churchill is more just because I like the product)

Edit 2: Hotel du Louvre - great premium suite upgrade (I rarely get these), overly fair compensation for shortening checkout time in said suite, and just overall friendliness

Edit: In NA, probably PH Toronto - they did a lovely birthday cake for me one year and the breakfast is great
