I have an upcoming itinerary from Chicago to Madrid to Bilbao. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I now need to stay in Madrid.



I was fortunate to secure the entire itinerary in business class and would like to drop the Madrid to Bilbao segment while keeping the Chicago to Madrid flight. I’m hoping to receive a refund of my Avios and any taxes for the canceled segment.



Could you please let me know if this is possible? I’d like to have a better understanding before calling, so I can discuss options with your agents efficiently.
